At Apex Jersey, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund policy carefully before submitting a request.

1. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds exclusively under the following conditions:

  • You return the product within 30 days of receiving it.
  • The product is in brand new condition:
    • Unused, unworn, and unwashed.
    • In its original packaging, with all labels and accessories intact.

Once the return is validated and the product is inspected, a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.

Please note: Return costs remain at the customer's expense unless the product is defective or an error was made on our part. See our Shipping Policy for more information.

2. Damaged Items or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a product that is defective or not in line with your order (wrong size, model, or color), please notify our customer service within 72 hours of delivery.

To qualify for a refund or express replacement:

  1. Contact us at contact.apexjersey@gmail.com
  2. Include:
    • Your full name and order number
    • Clear photos of the item showing the issue (mandatory)
  3. Indicate whether you would prefer:
    • A full refund, or
    • A free express replacement of the item

Requests sent without photos cannot be processed.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund:

  • Clearance or final sale products (unless defective).
  • Personalized, worn, or used items.
